Request a Transcript

Piedmont High School Graduates

Transcripts are available from the registrar at the PHS Counseling Office in the 20s Building from 7:45am to 3:45pm Monday through Friday.

To obtain a transcript via mail, please send a signed request that includes:

• your name while attending PHS
• your date of birth
• year of graduation
• where you want the transcript(s) sent*
  * We do not  use “Parchment” or other transcript processing platforms; we send transcripts via US postal mail.

The first TWO transcripts are free. Starting with the third transcript request, copies are $5 each, payable by check or cash. We cannot accept credit card payments. Please email check, made payable to Piedmont High School, to:

Allow THREE business days for processing.

Additionally, we cannot accept requests from a second party without the written consent of the student. This includes parents of students 18 years or older.

Piedmont Adult School Graduates

If you graduated from Piedmont Adult School, please contact Michelle Lucas: mlucas@piedmont.k12.ca.us to request a copy of your transcript.

Piedmont High School Diploma Verification

Piedmont Unified School District has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide diploma verifications for employers, background screening firms, and the military.  If you have a “Diploma Verify” account, please login at diplomaverify.org to fulfill your request.

We do not keep copies of diplomas, although transcripts do list the date the diploma was issued.
